Human Living Tables-Starting at $499

The Living Human Tables make a unique meet and greet centerpiece at any event.

Choose from our range of fabulous characters (costumes can be custom made in your theme color). We will work with you to create what you would like to see at your function!

The table model will entertain in the character of your choice, create an exciting buzz and meet and greet your guests on arrival with their first cocktail, appetizer or gift bag of the evening.

IDEAS TO SERVE: wine, hors d'oeuvres, dessert, party bags, party treats, name tags, promotional materials or whatever else you like.

TABLE IDEAS: Carnival, Miss Santa, Ice Fairies, Geishas, Show Girls, Mermaid, Minnie.......

1 table for each character is available.

LIVING TABLES TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

SET UP
The tables take up to 2 hours to set up. (Model Prep time may vary on what character you choose and can take 1-2hrs as well) We require as much of an early venue arrival time as possible.

We also require A 7ftx7ft area for set up as close to the walkabout area as possible, this area should be with good lighting and out of sight of any guests. We also require a secure / lockable changing room for leaving belongings if possible.

The Living Tables are over 50inches wide so we require a double door or a very wide door in order to gain access to a room.

PARKING AND LOADING
A loading bay/area at the venue is required or any area with elevators/ handicapped accessibiltiy preferred as well as parking at the venue or nearby. Any parking fees or expenses are charged to the client.

STANDARD LENGTH OF PERFORMANCE
2 x 60 minute or 3 x 40 minute sets (more sets can be done subject to costs). The artist will require breaks in between as the tables are very heavy and catering can restock the tables at that time.
